Share your acquisition criteria.
Tell us the buildings you buy. When a seller we represent has one that fits, we know who to call.
Five questions
Geography, facility size, transaction type, budget and timing. About two minutes.
Saved to your account
A free SNFRadar account keeps your answers, so you can return and update them. Your answers are kept while you sign up.
Both of us see it
Stan and Christian receive your criteria the same day. If a seller's building fits, we may reach out; details go through the deal room under a confidentiality agreement.
Opens SNFRadar, our free market record. Your criteria are saved to a free account there, the same sign-in SNFRadar uses for alerts and the deal room.
Our role: 3G represents sellers. Sharing your criteria helps us know who to call; it does not make us your broker or promise access to any deal.
Acquisition criteria (a "buy box") are what a buyer uses to decide which skilled nursing facilities to pursue: where, what size, what structure, what budget and how fast.
Why share them with a sell-side firm
Real processes. The buildings we take to market are in a real, competitive sale, priced from the record.
Specific, not a blast. When we bring a building to buyers, we start with the ones whose criteria fit.
The same record on both sides. Every building's occupancy, staffing, inspections and Medicaid rate is on SNFRadar, so seller and buyer start from the same numbers.

Questions buyers ask
Does 3G represent buyers?
No. 3G represents sellers of skilled nursing facilities. Sharing your criteria tells us who to call when a seller we represent has a building that fits; it does not make us your broker or promise access to any deal.
What do you ask?
Five things: the states you buy in, facility size, transaction type (real estate and operations, operations only, or real estate only), budget, and how fast you can close. It takes about two minutes.
Why do I need an account?
So your criteria are saved and yours to change. The account is the same free SNFRadar sign-in used for alerts and, if you are ever invited, the deal room. One code to your phone; your answers are kept while you sign up.
Can I change my criteria later?
Yes. Sign in to SNFRadar any time and update or delete them under your account. We see the change the same day.
What happens after I submit?
You see a summary of what you sent and how to edit it. Both Stan and Christian receive it the same day. If a seller we represent has a building that fits, we may reach out; details are shared only through the deal room, after a confidentiality agreement.
