Biography
As managing member, Stan is responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic direction to ensure overall success and sustained growth. He also oversees client relationships and business development, and handles all facets of deal negotiation.
Stan founded 3GHCRE in 2014. Prior, he served in several advisory roles for national healthcare real estate firms. Stan earned his BS in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and Finance from University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.
