Biography
Alex Ault serves as VP of Business Development at 3G Healthcare Real Estate, supporting strategic outreach, relationship development, and deal origination across the firm’s skilled nursing advisory platform. An Indiana native and University of Indianapolis graduate, Alex brings a strong background in SEO and digital marketing, helping businesses grow through data-driven strategy and execution.
Outside of work, he is a longtime IHSAA basketball official with over a decade of experience and an avid golfer and member of Hillview Country Club. Alex is also deeply connected to agriculture and conservation through his family farm in Indiana and co-ownership of a garlic farm in Oregon. He carries forward a proud family legacy rooted in resilience and perseverance.
